Sir there is a request for making new entities. Goverment of India has made creating companies online exteremely easy and online. Kindly do so same for public charitable trusts so people can do charity easily rather then going and spending days in charity comissioners office. Only if its made easy thos who have wealth can contribute to society by funding education and healthcare and support nation building. It will take much financila burden off the goverment exchequor.

Draft needs various revisions mainly to promote make in india. Manufactured items in India should cost always less then imports to keep youth employed in India and to become a industrial power. USA and west did a terrible mistake in 1970s they exchanged factories for finance. I hope this country will not repeat it.
