The objective of the Indian Model Bilateral Investment Treaty text is to provide appropriate protection to foreign investors in India and Indian investors in the foreign country, in the light of the relevant international precedents and practices, while maintaining a balance between the investor’s rights and the Government obligations. The model text will form the basis for negotiations with other countries.

Comments/suggestions are invited on the draft text.

Just a suggestion.. the foreign companies invest in India, but their plans are to take maximum from India. The CTC to Indian employees compared to theirs is too less, anti dumping issue arise, cost for travelling is born by Indian companies for both side and not from parent companies abroad....& many more

Government Should have a e-Job portal where anyone (Candidate) looking for Job can upload their profile & same way Employer also can register and access the pool of candidate who's looking for job/change. This can be divided by industry, function, Location etc. I am sure it will realy help both the parties who's looking for job & whos looking the candidates. detail of idea can be share during F2F Consultation.

it is seen in USA,Australia,NRI pure interest towards Indian development,investor need clarity,make a full proof developmental planning sector wise say in railways,we have land existing routes,need is modernization with complete solution to existing problem,put open drawing of development ideas,disclose present revenue, areas population,detail costing.clarity of project easy to develop & raise investment,make it product for investment with detail of interest on investment.

Dear Sir, V. Matram, Overloading by comm. transporters is harming the roads, & such transporters may charged an extra fee to govt. exchequer, instead of them getting illegally extorted by the local police. If commercial overloading is charged/taxed/penalized honestly, it can fetch us precious revenue. Most of these overloaders (trucks, etc.), bribe the local police, in order to escape legal penalty. This money must be taken as penalty, to the Ministry of Finance (GOI) exchequer.

hello sir one baby plan lane ki jaroorat hai ,jo log 1 baby rakhte hai unki mother ko 1500 rs har month diya jaye , dooshra baby aane par ye 1500 anudhan plan khatam kar diya jaye. ish plan se bahut faide hai , desh ka faida , baby ka faida , mother ka bhi !!! janshakhya badegi problum badegi , har village main wi fi free, aur fm radio suvidha pahuche , log vaha se help lekar noukari dekhe , kishan ke liye radio madad gar ho sakte hai , aapka sandesh desh par tak pahuche ..........!!!

sir india lives in village, sir bahut pratibha h gavo me har ek gav me jo gareeb bachche h unake liye govt ki taraf se free coaching classes honi chahiye kuki sahar ke bachhe to padh lete h but gav ke bachhe nahi padh pate sir yadi gav ke bachcho ko bhi sahi guide mile to vo bahut impo role kar sakte h ek vikasit bharat ke liye sir mujhe lagata h gavo me dhyan dene ki aavashyakta h kuki vaha par bahut pratibha chhupi h jo kabhi nahi nikal pati please sir meri bato ka dhyan deejiyega

#IndianBilateralInvestmentTreaty Policy should be made in such a way to avoid the vodafone kind of cases where they are allowed to cheat the tax amount. Allowing them to cheat the big amount will become a wrong example to others. People who cheats at low level will try to increase it assuming they could be forgiven. Rules should be strict in these kind of cases.India should be a place for good minded investors.India should not provide safe shelter to the brilliantly planning thieves...
