The Pasighat Municipal Council is conducting a MyGov Discussion Forum for its “Draft Smart City Proposal”. The proposal has been prepared taking into account citizens priorities and aspirations as part of the Round 2 of the "Smart City Challenge”.

In the past few months we all have worked hard towards making Pasighat a Smart and a credible city. The citizen feedback received at various stages of this competition have been carefully analysed to articulate the vision, goals and how the projects proposed in the Smart City Proposalis going toimprove the life of its residents.

The Citizen Interactions, expert opinions, and deliberations by departments have all contributed in developing this Smart City Proposal. The draft proposal will be finalized and submitted to MoUD once the citizen feedback on the draft proposal is incorporated.

In Pan City deployment project of a Smart City pasighat ______ Following IT Systems should be included: 1. High End (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)ANPR System- to curb vehicle theft, smart policing, PUC system 2. Integrated Enforcement system that includes Red Light Violation detection , speed violation detection.

Road side water sprinklers should be laid to keep the roads clean and dust free specially in the market and busy areas. Dust specially during winter pollutes the environment. Even Cities like Delhi also does not have this facility and the reason why the pollutants in the air is at hazardous level. This will also be sustainable development. Hoping it will be included in the Final Proposal.

Good effort to make Clean City, Green City, Hygienic City, Fruit City, Smart City, All Level crossings should be replaced with flyovers.

Smart City concept requires expertize that are familiar with some of the progressive thinking with a selfless attitude so that all aspects of future scope is viewed with a broad mind and also a neutral mind.

There are lot of street animals(dogs, cows, pigs etc..) that roam around in the streets of Pasighat, especially in main market. It causes accidents and animal dung on roads. This should be taken care of.In 37 and 39 page of draft,planting a tree on road side,they will be eaten by cow and pig, so please do some things for animals for better and beautiful smart-city.

Page no 33 ka index me doh jegaah eise dikhaya geya hai jaha Rain Shelter propose kiya ja raha hai.woh toh thik hai par at present in this area big buildings has been constructed by land owners.Eise me in jegeho me in Rain Shelter ka nirmaan sambhav hoga?iske alaawaa b kei aur bhi jegah honge jaha smart city poposal k tehet kei yojnaaye chal rehe honge lekin jaha par filhal kei bare bare makaane ban chuke hai.jaha shayed illegal encroachment b honge.Kyaa eisi jegaho par eviction ho paayega?

Roads safety is of vital importance and hence traffic signalling system. Installation of CCTV cameras at majors places local CCTV monitoring office for bank/ATMs, emergency management cell at every hospital for road accidents or other emergencies where by calling a particular number, the nearest hospital shall be contacted for sending their ambulance for picking up the victim on time while coordinating with the local police.

Kuch had tak Draft proposal toh thik hai.Lekin pasighat me kaha se kaha tak ka area Smart city proposal ka aandar me hai ye mujhe samajh nehi aaraha hai.Draft proposal me toh sirf present main bazar ko hi dikhaya hai..aur baaki chiz jeise,tourist jegaaho ki bhi jikr nehi hai sirf voting percentage dikhaya geya hai..So during final publication of this draft,the importance things must be included which has not included on this draft to make our pasighat a beautiful smart city.

Proposal is very good.It's approach of smartness with communal harmony.There is a visionary approach for city of future and all those proposal will treat everyone equally and make us proud.
