I totally agree to dhiraj 's pint and adding to that, the whole street lighting system can be automated at the substation end by electronic controllers which can be synch to Indian standard time clock in order to switch on /off automatically at fixed time .

Namaste India, It is often seen that the lights in public places Eg.Street lights are ON EARLY in the evening and are ON upto LATE in the morning. If the timings of these lights can be improved we can save a huge amount of electricity,as thousands of street lamps are in use even in a small town,if we save just 30min it would be huge saving when it comes to whole of India. Also we can use solar lamps if possible for street lights.

Govt must think of reducing Firewood consumption or bio fuel consumption in IBR boiler providing sufficient incentive to the user of boiler to change over to fuel oil in place of forest wood or bio fuel. By proving fuel oil for burning at rs. 12000 per KL instead of nearing Rs.40,000, India can save 40 Million tons of firewood which is career for our country.

1. Sale of 15 year old vehicles is allowed through sale deed but rc is not transferred in the buyers name for such vehicles by transport authority, resulting in problem to seller, buyer as well as transport department in case of challans etc. Kindly allow transfer of rc in buyers’ name in such cases.

. It can be approved only for whole plot. If a person can legally buy/own a part of plot, why can’t he/she get it constructed legally? Kindly make necessary amendment in the existing laws and rules to allow such people to get their house constructed legally to solve the problem of unauthorised construction.

Dear Sir, I want to give following suggestions for your kind consideration: 1. There are many house/plot owners having a part/portion of a plot/house in their name through proper sale deed. But if they want to reconstruct/renovate/modify their house due to building being very old or any other reason MCD says they can not get sanction plan approved for part of plot. It can be approved o

TO Improve energy efficiency, 1.We can adopt the concept of green buildings, which control their environment naturally due to their design, government can give a boost with reduction of taxes for such technology. 2.We can implement a smart BMS system( for lighting control, chiller operation etc.)in our government offices in order to control the Power consumption as per the requirement of buildings. 3.Organizing completion and rewards for best energy efficient offices, schools and buildings.

The government should also think of alternatives other than coal to generate electricity. There are many like wind energy, tidal energy, hydro electricity. Basically on renewable sources of energy.
