Major road blocks to "development" in India are poor legal system and corruption at all levels in Government. Previously Japanese gave USD 250 million to clean up Jumna river in Delhi but all the money went into pockets of politicians and IAS officers. If "corruption" is not tackled no development will take place. Similarly justice delayed is justice denied. In Australia if a Judge does not a settle a case within 2 years disciplinary action is taken by Parliament. India should introduce it too.

Waste Water flowing to Holy Ganga should be restricted. Throwing Waste (Municipal/ Industrial) to be controlled. Societies/ Associations to be formed to maintain/up-keeping of Ghats. ULBs require capacity building and needs IEC badly. Goa state still doing better for maintaining Beaches & 2 Rivers like Mandovi & Zuari. Still we may draw the references ans till to do a lot. It's not the responsibility of our PM; but off-course of all of us. Lets move ahead and lets maintain this momentum!

a parallel drain (naali) should be drawn along ghats of ganga above waterlevel of ganga so that any garbage drowned will go in drain and that will be collected wherever space is available by filtering sedimentation and microbial or larvae growth. then water will be released in ganga. vendors local eadables shops should be removed to make it spacious. A place to be allotted for local art n culture n tax can be generated for that place. dustbins at every 10 meters n more gaurds for safety n clean.

Hon'ble Sir. Issue of cow slaughter of so called 'desi' cows is still a grave problem to be dealt with. Even the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has accepted the fact that income generated from a living cow is both economically & environmentally better than those from beef produced. Therefore it's in our great interest to protect our cows and provide for promotion of development of more and more gaushalas.
