we are talking about SKILL INDIA, but little is happening on the ground. for example in last few years no new govt. college opened in delhi.but there is flood of new private colleges. my point is student from weaker section of society can,t afford private college. so he has to abandon his studies. there are lakhs of such cases in india.

I applaud Government efforts in forcing the change of perception from neighbors, who were taking us for granted on Security & Internal affairs. Request you to partner with Mr.Obama's Govt in dealing with Critical issue of Terrorism....Plz ensure that terrorists like Dawood, Hafiz Sayid etc are not given refuge. Please partner to curb such sick efforts on a mission mode. Let the peace prevail in subcontinent and development take top agenda for mutual prosperity

ndia must explore a CDS 1974 like scheme, suitably amended, for raising Rs.10 lacs Crores annually for next 5 Years @ 4%. TAKE OVER ALL THE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS OF LOCAL BODIES INCLUDING ITS STAFF. AND REDUCE CENTRAL GOVT'S GRANT ON PRO-RATA BASIS, WHICH IS = AVERAGE OF LAST 3 YEARS EXPENSES MADE ON SUCH UNITS. THEN WE CAN ENSURE ALLOTTED FUNDS ARE ACTUALLY SPENT. AND ACCOUNTABILITY TOO CAN BE MORE EFFECTIVELY PRESSED. WASTED INTERST IN TENDER HAPPY LEADERS NULLYFIES. my POP is ready

Lack of finance is one major obstacle in fully harnessing the potential of young population of the country. As part of your vision of creating "Skill India" you must create a credit guarantee fund similar to one created for MSME sector,so that banks can easily finance Vocational/Education loans without any collateral from students. For rural students, banks could offer loans at concessional rate and with 100% guarantee from the trust. Please encourage skilling initiatives for better employments
