Recently I came across an article that under clean Ganga project all the sewage treatment plants polluting the river needed to be upgraded and the government is looking for expertise on this subject . We are a company in Gujarat and we have expertise to suggest all possible ways to carry out this upgrade economically and more so for the good of the environment and country T V GANESH

ALL Corporates, NGO's must take up "clean ganga" as a mission & a challenge with a deadline. It should include public participation. Incentive should be encouragement, recognition for their contribution.

Instead of punishment (& difficult task of closing Kanpur tanneries) will be to open it for IIT, IIM and other engg institutes to compete and suggest ways (technical & management innovation with awards). This can give a challenge and spirit of solving issues and better participation instead of punitive approach. Further each town on Ganga could be assigned to one engg/management university to solve it within 4-6 m time (with govt travel/living support) . Compete and win with national awards!

Sir, the matter is very simple, but it seems that the machinery is not working as they are corrupt. first step is to pass an ordinance about zero tolerance of discharge of effluent in the ganga. make the district authorities accountable and punishable. spend money on the setting of the laying of waste pipeline all across Ganga. complete ban dead bodies disposal in Ganga.Have teams of the serious , true and accountable bureaucrats for implementation. stop grants of states who do not follow.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science (self-finance) is successfully running in Delhi University since last 13 years without any problem. Then, why is UGC not granting funds to B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science. Above 95% of students after completion of B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science Course, further pursue M. Sc. Computer Science and MCA. It is noticeable that University of Delhi also running M. Sc. Computer Science & MCA Courses for which UGC has been already granting funds since last above 10 years.
