With a dramatic growth in elementary education enrolments and improvements in retention and transition rates in recent years, particularly amongst the more disadvantaged groups, there is an increasing pressure on the secondary schools to admit more students. With the enforcement of RTE Act and further improvement in retention and transition rates, demand for secondary schooling will grow rapidly in the coming years. The objective of this discussion group is to assess to what extent we have made quality education available, accessible and affordable to the target population in the age group of 14–18 years. How we can increase access to post elementary education across the country in a manner so as to ensure no child is denied the opportunity of completing his/her school education. In particular, how can we address the geographical and social disparities in secondary education?

Government should keep the separate fund to regularize monthly school inspection including audit of school record book and financial book. Govermnent should encourage to open more school in remote areas and villages and provide support for basic infrastructure. I could see there are more volunteer coming forward to open School in such areas. Our kids are the great asset for Progressive India.

In spite of increasing budget for educating poor childrens in India on year on year I still find so many kids on road side not able to get benefit of Gov schemes. 1. Private Schools should have atleast 40% quaota to admit childrens belong to medium and below poverty limit (BPL). If private school denies then there should not be any concession or support to be provided by gov to those schools. 2. Admission of child should be based on financial status of the parents not on merit list.

The education standard of central schools are quiet good ,but the main problem is in the gov and state board school is quiet pathetic . teachers are not available .students are not getting proper education etc. The position of state schools are ridiculaus , the main thing is that there cheating in examinations of board .especialy in private schools .the flying suqads are doing nothing, just taking money and going to next school for the same thing.

As all know there is reservation category at every steps of Indian life, even the noble profession education HEALTH SCIENCE, MAHARASHTRA has 53% category reservation, above MARATWADA, VIDARBHA reservations. This reservation category should increase to 80% to 90% & the rest for the richer class so that there are more reservation category & richer class students. the middle class to search education to other countries and serve then.

all school evaluation method is same evaluation method is made by Expert... All standard result sheet and passing mark is make same.. All students evaluation method is easy and if student left hard subject they also pass to other subject by his choice..

secondary and senior secondary school 9 to 12 make common syllabus for all india. Secondary school also divide in goverment and semi goverment. all school is cover by RMSA scheme only two type secondary school in all over india goverment and selfinance

देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था मे सुधार देश की शिक्षा व्यवस्था मे सुधार हेतु अनेक प्रयास करने होगे सुझाव है कि जिले और विकास खँड स्तर पर तीन श्रैणी के अधिकारी और स्टाफ हो १.जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी...प्रशासनिक सेवाओ से नियुक्त हो भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा मे शिक्षा सेवा का स्थान सुनिश्चित किया जावे । .अ,अकादमिक ,ब.प्रशासनिक,स..वित्त और लेखा परीक्षण २.शैक्षिक विकास खँड छोटे छोटे हो ३..सभी स्तर पर कार्यालयो का प्रशासनिक एकीकरण हो . ४..प्रत्येक स्तर पर शैक्षणिक स्टाफ पृथक पृथक हो ५ विभाग मे संचालित सभी

हम बालिका शिक्षा हेतू पृथक केन्द्रीय विद्यालय भी खोल सकते है या प्रदेशो मे जिला या तहसील स्तर पर संचालित कन्या विद्यालयो को केन्द्रीय पाठयक्रम CBSE)के तहत व्यवस्थित कर सकते है ।ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो मे लड़कियो की शिक्षा व्यबस्था माध्यमिक शालाओं को हायर सेकेन्ड्री (10+2) मे उन्नययन करने से हल होगी।1986 की शिक्षा नीति से पाठशालाओ की दूरियाँ बढी है जिससे लाखो विद्यार्थी पढाई से बँचित हुये है उनमे सर्वाधिक लड़कियाँ ही है । सर्वप्रथम इस त्रुटि को सुधारा जावै अर्थात उन स्कूलो को हायरसेकेन्ड्री मे उन्नत किया

We should have Common Medical Entrance & Common Engg. Entrance. That will help middle class family to reduce money expenses in terms of Exam fees, going frequently to Exam Cities. For students, it will help to concentrate on 1 Syllabus & 1 Exam. Students r always confused to read which syllabus coz Board syllabus differ with NCERT. Will u put Restriction on amount of fees Pvt.Medical college charging for their entrance?Some r charging 4000 to 5000 Rs.Injustice.They shud be brought under AIPMT
