स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने के लिए यातायात पुलिस को बड़े वाहन को बेलगाम दौड़ने से रोकना होगा | और बसों और ऑटो रिक्सा का कही भी खड़े करके सवारी बैठना और वही पे खड़े होके यातायात पुलिस का चुपचाप देखना यह दिखाता है की पुलिस कितनी लाचार है | उसपे भी हम सोचते है की हमारा सतना स्मार्ट सिटी बनेगा | सबसे पहले इन छोटी छोटी चीजो को सुधरने की जरुरत है उसके बाद ही कुछ बड़ा हो सकता है |
