The real task for making Moradanad a smart city is Education. The parameters should be 1. How many students from schools have represented India in various Olympiad movements at international level. 2. How many students are really Digitally Literate - this does not mean just internet surfing or Google search or Facebook. How many can use Computers in efficient manner. 3. How many residents have wormiculture in their bunglow - means how less you give your trash outside the bunglow.

My post is about warning system for earthquakes leveraging use of telecommunication. Earthquakes are generally detected only few moments before it strikes. So when ever a quake is detected an automatic computerized system should should stop all phone calls and just ring as many phones as possible because quake warning even a minute before can save most of lives.
