The Moradabad Nagar Nigam urges to the citizens for active participation by suggesting the finalized detailed projects to be included and finalized draft Round 3 Smart City Proposal. First of all farmers giving their agricultural product should get a good profit .2)plastic bags should be banned.3)special arrangements to be made for ambulances ,pcr,fire brigade.4)cycling should be promoted at a high level and cyclist should be given equal right on the road to move .5)beggars should no be there on the streets ,they should be provided a place where they can work and earn livelihood .6)by imposing a ban on more polluting vehicles.7)running more non a/c buses.
