R/sir My name is Pramod Pandey and i am working as civil engineer, running my own construction business.sir if i watch my city with thermal camera it will look like a red i-land it always pinch me,because whole town is made of concrete which is heat pro,so i dissed to make terrace garden at every house which i built, sir my capacity is to build 35 houses average terrace area 1500 sq ft,so that way i creat 45000 sq ft land (1.20 arcs)every year, which is some sort a lavatory condition for farming,

There was massive movement of tree plantation with public participation which has resulted in climate change and reduction of pollution levels. It is time for us to plan massive plantations in coming monsoon period, engage village folks, provide employment opportunities and use rail road and river banks for green belts. Roads in urban areas may have green belts at levels lower than roads allowing free flow of rain water which will prevent damage, traffic jams and lowering of ground water table

Recently I happened to visit China and was amazed to find huge green belts along highways, railways, canals, rivers and all vacant lands. It was gathered that China as a result of massive urbanization and construction of buildings and infrastructure had lost green cover and had become concrete jungle in early 80s. It had resulted in very damaging effect on environment, increase in ambient temperatures, desert formation. Situation then was similar to what we have in India now.

Hello Sir,
We welcome your concept for smart cities, I want to suggest something here. Like our ancient culture, we should consider max of our smart cities should be beside rivers, lakes and canals. It not only help to over water supply within the city in case of emergency but also give different look and feel to the residents.
Please take example of singapore, they cut water from sea and make man made canal passing by middle of country, and develop high rise building. Thanks
