The smart city scheme is the one and only way to develop the centennial old town bihar. for many years the development has been minimum. the lack of electricity, the lack of awareness ,the lack of discipline in infrastructure like roads ,bridges etc. it is high time the central govt ponder our problems select it on top 20 cities.
