माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी बालिका शिछा के लिए सरकार और समाज दोनों को सचेत होना होगा। अभी भी लड़कियों के लिए कालेजों की ग्रामीण अंचल में कमी है। जहाँ कालेज खुले भी हैं वहाँ अध्यापकों की कमी के चलते शिछण ब्यवस्था दयनीय स्थिति में है। उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र जिले में राजकीय कन्या इंटर कालेज डोहरी का मैं उदाहरण संदर्भ स्वरुप देना चाहता हूँ। लाखों खर्च के बाद भी अध्यापकों की कमी के चलते यहाँ पढ़ाई नहीं हो पा रही है। ऐसा आम तौर पर होता है। सरकार को अपने को योजना बनाने से आगे खड़ा करना होगा ।

Many non intelligent teachers indulge in defamatory activities against students. They use the female students name for character assassination of their rivals who are with good knowledge. This results in inhibition of students in approaching their students to clear their doubts. Also these non intelligent teachers spoil the quality of education . Have toll free number for compliant in schools and colleges for complaint against teachers .Also make it a point that a written compliant is not mandat

Many students have committed suicide because of defamatory activities by the teachers. Such attitude of teachers should be viewed seriously and they should be dismissed from service or at least transferred to other remote places. One incidence is happening at Coimbatore medical college ,Tamilnadu for a nursing student .She was given first prize by male professor for her excellent work in celebrating World breast feeding week .Her teachers ( nursing tutors ) are indulging in defamatory activities

Male teachers who indulge in sexual harassment of the students should be dismissed from service .They are just transferred and they continue their activities in the next school .many students do not know how to complain. DISPLAY A TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER IN ALL SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES. Any complaint received should be viewed seriously

It is harassment of female children by other students ,strangers and known persons including teachers themselves force the parents to stop the education of their female children .Change the rules so that such culprits are booked and punished severely .Also many students fear to give complaint against the antisocial elements and teachers .Have a helpline and any complaint by phone even by a third person should be registered a s a compliant.

DM should visit to school in every month and suggest improvements for teachers' performance.
