You can not convert people mentally if you are just to pay them, go to the root cause, convert their sponsoring fathers and Imams so the masses following them will be converted automatically!!!!!!!! Common sense works here!!!!!!! and think why Mandirs were razen and mass conversion was a practice in our society in past because some of the failures of Original religion 1. Not to allow the economically weaker sections to Mandirs and paid pooja path as well as education.. This is misery .

Recently I read about UN’s women wing organizing gender equality #heforshe program-mes to make women aware of their rights. I wonder if we are equal to men then why UN has a different wing for us ? Why government has quotas for us? Why buses, metros have reservation for us? Why doing something out of the “girly” box bring us into lime light? Why such a fuss over Marry being the first women to run a global automaker? Why Olympics have different parameters for us? Is that because we aren’t equal

Gender Sensitivity depends on environment in the classroom and on the thinking of teachers. They shouldn't do partiality between boys and girls. In rural areas, teachers insrtuct boys and girls to sit separately, not to talk or discuss topics by siting together. It makes a long life gap in those little students. Instead, session on sexual changes, giving respect to other gender must be in action at school level with a positive mind set of teachers too. Teach them the values of discipline too.

Teachers should give information about sex, periods etc. in8th standard or so in a right way. Otherwise these things reach to them specially boys in wrong way affecting there point of view about girls.
