Dear PM, In next mann ki baat on radio I would like you to speck on raps that is not stopping also I would like you tell country that 2012 Delhi rapist are not hanged as SC has shown mercy and not allowed to hang Delhi rapist and government has nothing to do with it, also make compulsory for all drivers including private car drivers for police verification else there license are cancelled, sir please please do. I am an Indian citizen living in the US for the past 10 years.I have been regularly contributing to non-profit organizations working for upliftment of women and girls. "Kiran Anjali Project"i.e WINGS school and Prajwala are 2 such non-profits in Hyderabad. I'm sure there must be a lot more throughout India. I sincerely request everybody on the forum here to look them up and start helping them out.They are doing some amazing work that is making a material difference for affected girls and women.

ratio of girls education india is very poor. govt. should give special guidance of parents for girls education. agar ek beta padhta hai to wahi sikshit hota hai but jab ek ladki padhti hai to pura parivar sikshit hoti hai. at home, lady give primary education to their children, not father. so girls must be taught in proper manner.

Classrooms have become the love points nowadays. Parents send their daughter/Son to schools/colleges for Studies at the cost of their hard earned money put in to the hefty fees. But many students out of new generation do not feel the plight of their parents. Instead they fall in to love stories whereas they are suppose to make new inventions and create new heights in the field of education. May God save this new generation for theirs and their parents sake.

The "juvenile" term should be rethink as without adultery no one can rape. So there is something wrong in our constitution.

2) The juvenile reformation policy enforced by the government further emboldens males in the age group of 10-16 to indulge in violent crimes not limited to rapes. I believe the proposal put forward by Smt.Maneka Gandhi should be discussed again and appropriately enforced to try convicted juveniles at par with accused convicted adults in cases of violent crimes.

Sir, I trust that the government has observed that an extended prison sentence has not done much to deter sexual assaults/rapes in our country. This can be attributed to two reasons: 1) The potential culprits are sure that the long course of legal proceedings will give them ample time to save themselves or worse, live their lives out in comfort till death.
