यदि हम चाहते हैं कि भविष्य में भारतीय संस्कृति और हिंदी सहित अन्य भारतीय भाषाएँ विश्व में छा जाएँ तो हमें अपने सभी बच्चों को किसी न किसी विदेशी भाषा का लिखने, पढने और बोलने का ज्ञान अवश्य करवाना चाहिए. सभी विश्वविद्यालयों में कम से कम आठ विदेशी भाषाओँ में स्नातक की डिग्री दी जानी चाहिए. इसके लिए दुनिया के अन्य देशों के साथ द्विपक्षीय सहयोग लेना चाहिए ताकि उसके बदले में हम उनके देश के विद्यार्थियों को हिंदी पढने के लिए प्रेरित कर सकें. इससे बड़ी संख्या में रोजगार भी उत्पन्न होंगे.
