Pls follow the promotion policy of haryana police in delhi police which giving promotion after 10,20,30 years of service.In police if u increase the rank work load will be also increase.plz look into this on priority.

I just wants to make notice on delhi police promotion policy.If a person is selected in DP as constable rank,after 10 years of service,they gets the pay band of Head Constable,after 20 years get the salary of ASI then after 30 years of service they will get the pay scale of SI but not promotion.if u are giving salary after interval if 10 years then why not promotion. There are many policemen who are 30 years of service but still constable.plz look into this matter it will increase morale of DP
