Starting at class level 8, children must be taught of behavioral changes that they will suffer and an open minded approach should be undertaken by the teacher & must explain students to behave with each other normally and not to feel shy or awkward in presence of the opposite gender. There must be no discrimination on any basis, not even in sports. Equal treatment must be given by teachers to both boys & girls & they must be taught to respect their differences & create a friendly environment.

You know, Shri NM suggested that the Officers and Managers in the City / District, should visit all the Govt Schools and take at least one period in a month. It started fine, but now no body is taking heed of the schools. I suggest, we ask the personnel departments to float a circular and capture a weekly progress of each and every employee so that they do their bit for the Govt schools. It is a very good idea. The results were showing in the beginning. Now neglected.
