In order to promote the Indian heritage & culture, Culture Ministry should uplift the local talent from the different parts of India & should provide a common national platform. Today, pvt. channels are hosting talent shows then in the same manner Culture Ministry must also do the same & it should be done by the Retd. Govt. officials so that there should be more clarity.

Promote methods of celebrations of all Indian festivals through TV ads. For example if any regional festival is coming shortly TV channels should take up only those ads designed in relation to rituals of celebration of that festival. eg. Uttarayan .Let all the ads contain some concept of kites or tilgud or rituals of giving donations etc.10 days before the festival. This will constantly remind people the way of celebrating the festival.

Some suggestions and ideas for effective use of media in promoting Indian culture and heritage are as follows:
1.with the help of media we can aware people about keeping our heritage well maintained and start promoting them on all social media sites instead of wasting time on such sites.
2.people living in different countries are following our Indian culture in many ways like in their weddings they are following Indian culture and media should highlight all such information to Indian public.

Can the Govt. bring in an innovative addition to the way Loksabha and Rajyasabha TV channels show the proceedings? Whenever the proceedings are disrupted by morethan one member collectively shouting slogans or making noise, Let there be a scroll at bottom displaying in BOLD " Names of members disrupting Lok Sabha......1) ..... 2)..... and so on. This will go a long way to inform the people of India and voters of their constituencies know about their leader's actions.

Culture should be made a subject in Middle School - grade 6 - 8 - where ALL states are covered in a secular - non political manner. Focused purely on Heritage & Culture. Is it possible? Or are tehy always intertwined and hard to be objective about?

Could we have campaigns targeting the culturally savvy population to volunteer - VIA OFFICIAL WHATSAPP as "Cultural Ambassadors? This could also connect to the Ek Bharath idea of connecting states culturally - 2 by 2? eg: The sacred groves of Kerala - Sarpa kavus would surely be of interest to credible institutions and bodies that research Indian herbs and medicines? Is there a connect to Karnataka's Shimoga - where there is popular practice of herbal medicine?

Good Morning sir/Madam
Indeed its a great initiative that our Prime minister sir has considered. Best way of bring in culture and heritage is to iginte the young minds (age group of 14-18) as this age the acceptance level is more and understanding is also high. so organising school programms at school should be mandatory and they have to submit the report in CD of the conduction of the event/trip/exertion/competitions/essay writing.few students who are in orphanges/rural area give scholar ship
