NHP should also have a separate process for elderly health care for people above 60 and 80 and should be aimed at assisting them managing their health via regular checkups, yoga sessions across india so that they can participate anywhere, provide insurance cover as old age is the time when people need this most.

Emphasis on courses like heath evaluation & monitoring, heath statistics, heath economics, health program mangement, public health policy so that the new generation Health assistant at PHC level should come after doing such courses. We must look at where we need to be after 20 years from now rather than wasting money on short term attractive schemes and programs. The ANM after 20 years must know how to make partogram on an mobile application and send it to DH level after every 2 hours .

Something has to done for the middle class people who are tax payers to the nation in regards to the health benefits , most of the govt schemes are benificial to the below poverty lines with arogysri etc..But when it comes to the middle class family they have to depend on their own resources...But govt can do lot to all the tax payers by give them the health insurance linked to their pan cards , where the govt also benefitted by more IT payees .

As the role of Doctors always to save the people, but the present money making strategies and approach declining the focus on prevention

This policy aims at improving health of present generation and also of future generations. Actions will be taken to prevent contamination of water sources. Particular care will be taken to avoid industrial plants or habitation of people near the origins of rivers or revulets even sacrificing short time gain of foreign investment or development of new hill stations

No need of devising a separate curriculum for generating rural doctors. Quality must not be compromised with development. This will just increase cut practice more not to mention the bacterial resistance due to uncontrolled use of anti biotics

The Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayi Yojna must be monitored closely. Private doctors are just making money and taking signature from patients on whatever amount they want. Its exploitation of a good scheme.

Malnutrition amongst school going children is a major concern, especially in the girl child. According to research, protein deficiency is the main reason for this malnutrition. If the mid day meal scheme can be made more nutritious in protein content this will be a positive step towards taking care of child health. proposed suggestions are: 1. Add soya protein in the meals given in schools. 2. Giving boiled eggs through the mid day meal scheme.
