Doctor's salary to be increased from 50 K to 1 lakh and who says they won't perform well. Hardly any action is taken against them. Pay them more and punish them more incase of any irregularities. At Primary health level please do not waste human resources like MBBS doctors, Keep them at Taluka and District level and train them more on clinical fields - MTP, C/S, emergency medicine course regularly. Primary level only BAMS/BUMS/BHMS doctors and only contractual doctors.

New constructions need to be reformed. eg. still the PHC is constructed in the same way 25 years back. Lots of space is left for weeds and small cabins for doctor. office, etc. More utilisation of space should be done. Recently I saw Maharashtra government purchased cold units for dead bodies and these units cannot be kept in PM room, as the rooms are too small. So they are lying in open area or in hospital premises without any use.

Strict monitoring teams who punish on finding prescriptions without diagnosis (Rs. 5000/-at once), The current online pharmacy of Maharashtra government is fake.At Ministry level it shows all medicine to be available whereas the truth is otherwise (I even heard it got an International award for it !!!) To correct ourselves we must have the courage to see our weakness, which no one wants to see at this moment.

Critical analysis of reports at all level. One cannot go away by submitting any type of idiotic reports.Any permanent doctor who does private practice must be acted upon immediately and harshly, esp those who do PG through government. This is era of technology and still we have only hand written registration system in hospitals. Online entry of patient, with compulsory ID proof so that new and old OPD can be distinguished. Doctors must compulsory write Diagnosis , that to be entered at pharmacy

A major reform in existing system. Sub center criteria to be changed from 1 for 5-6 thousand population to 1 for 1000 population. Recruitment of only contractual staff at these levels. All PHC doctors to be given online training on reporting. They must be held responsible for online regular reporting. All private practitioners must report compulsorily for all diseases. And effective monitoring of all permanent employees. CS must be non clinical. Why waste clinical skills for administration???

If at all the BJP government's ambition is to make India a superb nation in the world within 5 years, then tax payers precious fund must not be wasted in constructing bullet, metro, mono and in the outdated Indian Railways. An Indian has invented a global mega simplified rail transport system which is capable of connecting all villages with cities and will uplift the majority poor farmers and all down trodden, because it is the only most economical, fast & safe global rail transport system.
