The draft NHP 2015 has been formulated and placed in public domain for stakeholder consultations. Suggestions/comments/feedback are invited on the policy which inter-alia include the following broad areas: goals, principles, objectives, policy directions, Investment, Preventive and Promotive Health, Organisation of Public Health Care Delivery, Human Resources for Health, Financing of Health Care and engaging the private sector, Regulatory framework, Medical technologies, ICT for Health and Health Information Needs, Knowledge for Health, Governance, Legal framework for healthcare and the Right to Health.

The last date for submission of your comments is 10th February, 2015.

Citizens with annual income less than Rs 5,00,000 should be given the facility of complete medical check-up at deep discount of 80% at least once in a year, particularly patients identified with debilitating ailments like diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, and other major disorders requiring life saving drugs.

Corporate hospitals cardiac cath lab , big disgnostic centers are should be direct control of gov. Of India. Day care mediclaim should be in our country.. No restriction of disesse sholld be in policy at reasonable level . For medical collegr - as there is always staff is lacking. So I think drs practicing or any 56+ dr should be attach with medical college either as s part time or fill timr so it solve automaticaly Jay hind

For SME , excise duty should be increased as cost of raw material has been increased many times in the past and govt is charging excise duty above the sale of 1.5 crore which should be amended

Mbbs is too long graduate course.. mbbs students should not be bonded for rural service instead while internship rural service of 2 or 3 month is taken. because its too long course already ..so student can prepare for pg course after mbbs.
