Health is primarily the responsibility of the individual and Doctor or family are only to help for the purpose. First of all one should think of being healthy and remain healthy. Keep your routines matching to the nature, avoid odds. If unavoidable then request yourself that please take care this can't be avoided. Do natural exercises without external means and help. Whatever you eat do it requestfully and with gratitude towards right from farmers to the chain of persons which brings it to mouth

i think govt have to provide basic requirement of a family like health facility in basis of Income tax file by that family so that all people are pay tax to govt in personal interest ,govt can create slab as per tax paying amount and link it to adhar card or issue a facility card for this benefit, more tax payee get more benefit ,new subsidize scheme most well come because those who are capable to pay actual price then why govt provide subside to them

all health policies lack one aspect of reach to the citizen, the current infrastructure is in place since long in this country which is ineffective. We are still striving to bring people to the health facilities and are spending a lot of money in order for them to take benefit. The need of the hour is to extend and reach each citizen and provide them services on his doorstep. Door step health service delivery should be focused upon and extended to each and every citizen across country

Sir, 1. Physical and Spiritual education should form the integral part of each and every child / youth in their course curriculum / syllabus. 2. Food adulteration should not be tolerated. 3. Health check-up card of each individual must be provided by the government authorities and maintained by the individual concerned at fixed nominal cost, may be exempted for the BPL class. II... Better Health ... Better Bharat ...II Dr. K. K. Jain, Junagadh

Though their is more emphasis on medical health planning, process of help, curing methods ,medicines ,treatment and surgery, yet there is a good scope to develop such lifestyle /residential small suburbs which provide all such things which make public free from disease. It may be from residence .grains food products, cloths foot wears ,etc.or making the norms for vehicles to be used in such places/ other facilities. A special effect be given to select plants and tree in & around for use/medicine

Diabetes, Cancer , Hypothyroidism, Hear disease, allergies on rise due to adulterated foods, lack of any control over use of hormones and chemicals. There are no play grounds for children and no sport facilities for adults. Municipalities need to start Health Clubs in every ward to promote health.
