Treatment should not be done based on the fear of the patient. Proper treatment plan needs to be discussed to the patient by the doctor. The system of treatment needs to help the patient to take informed decision rather been at the mercy of medical doctors.

Encourage girls in every field. Educating girls/women and empowering them is a good sign. They will play a crucial role role in transforming India and contribute more than what men contribute. In the same time government is also responsible to create necessary environment by giving them financial support irrespective of caste/religion. The reservation system in education is spoiling the life of merit students of upper caste. Even low scoring students get admition where merit students will not.

Most of the doctors are already serving at their best. The lack of awareness on the part of other cadres ruins the system. Finance & Administrative personnel should be equipped well in both training as well as remuneration part. Training would enhance the performance. Remuneration would reduce the turnover. Lesser the employee turnover, better would be the experience & capacity. Performance appraisal MUST be on the basis of performance & not on seniority basis...

Equal importance to administrative cadres. The administration is poor due to inadequate & irregular trainings. Rigorous continuation of training of NON TECHNICAL personnel MUST be there to improve the scenario. Reasons: 1) The information flow of ANY Yojana/schemes, etc. is done through NON TECHNICAL cadre. 2) Provisions of guidelines is NOT ENOUGH. 3) Uniformity in reporting is not there in absence of continuous trainings. 4) Employee turnover is (I think) highest in gov. health sector.
