Health insurence policies should be amended and advertized as like Jan-Dhan Yojna, so that maximum Indian citizans shall take health insurance including their family members. This step avoid sudden arrangement of money for medical treatment of any kind of desease/accident of health insured persons.

Setting up of facilities with advanced and costly equipment should be made in such a way that their utilization is optimum. Cost-effectiveness can be achieved through this and unnecessary diagnosis and expenditure on it can be reduced. Promoting good life-style is also important for promoting better health. Yoga and such other things can be promoted in daily lives. Research on alternative medicines like Homoepathy also can be encouraged, to bring it to main stream, to treat some chronic diseases

One of causes for Cancer is food contaminated with pesticides and fertilizers. I feel people must be encouraged to do tower farming in their homes. The govt can support by providing the expertise to everybody who wishes to set it up

Testing Labs should be registered under Government and should charge fees as per Government rate, this will curb corruption in testing lab also. Secondly its heard that the labs provided un-genuine report so they should be held accountable for the same with a provision to cancel their licence for such report and universal acceptance of such report by all doctor as when we goto Doctor they say your report is not accurate so get ur testing done from so and so lab because he gets commission.

The Central Government Health Organisation being run under Director General of Health Services needs a real revamp as they formulate charges for different tests, operations etc based on the class of city. The Metros being a Class 1 cities the rates are higher where as non metro cities gets a much lower & inferior rate charges for the same, where as in reality the charges in non metros being in far flung areas should be comparatively higher as the costing of raw materials are usually higher.

The cost of treatment of diseases are increasing and very high. So government should see that the people who contribute to country development by paying taxes should at least be provided with medical treatment free of cost in all forms of treatment like - Alopathty, Homeopathy, Ayurveda etc. Secondly, the treatment cost should be made reasonable from others also. and the Doctor should be held accountable for treatment and Testing scam should also be checked and report should be factual not fake.

1- Encourage all states and Union territories along with all major metro cities municipal corporation to prepare their own health policy. 2-Start methedione providing clinics and niddle exchange program for drug user, also encourage AYUSH department to do research to provide herbal substitution for methedione. 3-Setup a world class screening system where on time data entry is possible and bound every healthcare provider (Govt. and pvt.) to enter their data information by their own daily.
