Differences between various Fraternities like Ayurveda, homeopathy, allopathy of Health system is to be removed. They are fighting against each other giving no benefit to government, people & themselves too... Policies to be framed for better integration.
Quackery to be punished, but before what quack means is to be understood

Health Education campaign & Integration of New era Medical Science with Old Ayurved System is good move, but Fallacies should be removed. Government must consider those doctors who are willing to join government health sector, but before this corruption in Health Department to be removed. Health Department is used as medium to earn money by states, employing skilled people on meagre salaries with contractual appointments. Some are given hefty payments while other having no perks with low salary

1) Governmental spending must increase on healthcare. Private sector and insurance is a failed model in the US and will impoverish our people even more.
2) Given an opportunity to work in the government sector will bring back many doctors from abroad. Many wish to come back, but opportunities are few. Rather than plan to prevent emigration, encouraging return will work.
3) Promotion of AYUSH is very important as English medicine has its own limitations.

State managed National Health Insurance plan should be there. It should be made mandate by linking to Aadhar. There should be a premium according to the financial status and state can sponsor premium for BPL families. Health care should be on top of your agenda. We should work both on providing funds by insurance and easy to healthcare facilities. We should draw a road map something like on every 50-70 Km there should be a multispecialty hospital with its sub branches to cover the entire region.

1st step to end millions of crime and corruption is to hike the salary of cops. i know it is not the solution to end corruption. but at least in my opinion they will solve problem more if their financial problems has been solved..
