India is faced with twin burden of Communicable diseases and Non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The NHP-2015 looks very comprehensive stressing on the 7 key policy shifts in the organization of Health Care Services. While the attention is drawn to the NCDs, the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health has to be in the priority with other communicable diseases especially TB and Malaria. Health should be a priority in India and this gets reflected in the % GDP on Health. This should be increased.

Please collect rupee one per day from all working class including construction labour and daily labours. For example if we collect 60 crore Rupees per day for 365 days We can collect Rs.21690 crore. With that amount government can give free medical treatment to below poverty line and poor families. Government should identify the places where the hosipital is required irrespective of which party is ruling in that state.

Vision seems short in NHP 2 remove shortage of 3.5 lakh Dr so 1.Convert each District/blocks (Rural) hospitals into Hospital cum Medical College (MC) by one time scheme/aid by Centre to State. 2.Open small 50 seats MC as a new department in Science Degree College where B.Sc classes run and attached district hospitals with it. Add medico labs and utilize Chemistry, Bio labs their lecturers. 3.Allow 10 years experienced Pharmacist, nurses to become Doctors after clearing exam like CA, AMIE.

To improve the health care system in India, I request the government to permit opening of new private medical and dental colleges in rural areas, particularly in states that lack medical colleges and primary health care facilities only. Currently, millions of Indians living in rural areas do not have access to basic medical care. At the same time, medical and dental colleges are mostly located around cities which also harbour hundreds of other hospitals and private clinics. So, these colleges do

and it sets every evening in the direction called west. It is a fact that water flows downhill, and that plants grow towards sunlight. The starting point in analysing information is to understand what are the facts, that are relevant in health policy development

Essential Critical Thinking in Health Policy: Critical thinking is to understand what it is that we are talking about, In other words what do we actually know. Thinking logically about concepts will help us organise and evaluate information in a systematic way. A fact is something which is demonstrably true. It is something that can be checked and verified, and confirmed to be true. For example, it is a fact that the sun rises every morning, in a direction that we call east in English,
