please try to make at least one civil or district hospital fully equipped with at-least two specialist doctors in each of major specialty particularly Obstetrics Gynecology, paediatrics, medicine, surgery, orthopedics,ENT and EYE along with a forensic expert.Labour Room and Emergency Dept should run 24x7. Make good quality medicine available rather than obsessed about generic medicine, which is neither cheap nor of assured quality. If you want to stick to generic medicine then make a body like USFDA

1. Health Care is the topmost important and for senior citizens it should not be denied. 2.Universal access to health insurance across all income levels need to be made. 3. A ecommerce platform for getting generic drugs is essential to get into rural and tribal areas. with the support of indiapost. 4. Given the conditions of high rise in nephrological problems, oncological problems and infertility separate superspeciality hospitals needed. 5. Introduce MBBS (specialist) programme.

Health care is confined only to major cities and is prohibitively expensive for the common man not covered by health insurance. Also a number of diseases are excluded in small print making insurance meaningless. Need to revamp public health system and make it compulsory for every taluk town to have a well equipped public hospital with bank facilities available for payment of cost of medicines in easy instalments. . Social life in small towns should be attractive with facility for education.

In govt hospitals, condition of beds are bad and half damaged.sometimes patients are lying on the floor for want of beds. There should be proper bedding facility in hospitals.Users'charges where ever collected, may be utilised for this purpose.

In private hospitals the availability of facilities and doctors available should be made mandatory in their website. Moreover, they should post their beds availability on website. It is seen many a times that even though beds are available in pvt hospitals, but they deny the availability of seats verbally causing severe mental and physical problems to patients and their relatives by running from hospital to hospital consuming precious time.
