Meritorious sports persons should be given scholarships and provided with hostel facility so that they concentrate on game. They should not be allowed to work as domestic help and work as labour in the fields. This shameful for the govt. to allow them work like this ( Haryana Govt). You are requested to direct the concerned govt. to help them. These sports persons are assets of our country not a liability. Sudha Khosla

Good idea. It would be a disaster if the end beneficiaries were cricketers. This could be a success story if we focus on wrestlers, weight-lifters, track athletes and others who pursue the less popular sports.

Dear Sir, pension scheme for meritorious sport persons and welfare fund for sportspersons is really a noble idea which will be useful for meritorious sportspersons but according to me this benefit of pension scheme must be only for who really require it. Those who are financial secured can opt out of the scheme and help in reaching the benefits to deserved. National welfare fund will be really encouraging for sportpersons and contributions to the fund may be considered for tax benefits.

The Government Small farmers can not prevent him from committing suicide and it may not satisfy the requirement that the government is not entitled to tax from farmers.

Are sports only for players.i want to ask something to the people.we normal childrens who r nt players dont even find place to play in urban india .where everywhere is concrete.we play in streets ,fighting neigbours.opening parks r of no use to childrens and youths to play games like cricket, football, hockey etc.school grounds r reserved only for players not for others.so pls reserve some open places for childrens to come together and play and stay healthy.
