Dear Modi Ji, Pls think about the working ladies they should give at least one year maternal leave either they are working for government or privet companies. because it is difficult to manage the company work in 9th month and after it first 6 month only mother feeding is allowed for baby . so for the better health of the baby and mother it should b compulsory for the companies to give 1 year maternal leave. pls do something on this coz everybody can not quit the job.

आदरणीय प्रधानमन्त्री जी,केंद्रीय सेवाओ में कार्यरत महिलाओ की एक बहुत बड़ी पीड़ा है कि उनके केंद्रीय सेवा में कार्यरत अधिकारी पतियो के समयबद्ध स्थनन्तरण होने से उनकी पारिवारिक व्यवस्था गड़बड़ा जाती है क्योंकि पति उधर और पत्नी इधर।कृपया एक व्यवस्था तो की जा सकती है कि पति और पत्नी दोनों का स्थानंतरण एकसाथ कर दिया जाये जिससे पूरा परिवार एकसाथ रह सके और दोनों अपनी सेवाएं सुचारू रूप से दे सके। कृपया इस समस्या का भी समाधान होना चाहिए।धन्यवाद

Modi Ji, Could you let us know IMP of Tourism & Development / waste management subjects.How can youth can mold their career towards tourism/development in India. Also let us know how Central / State governments providing jobs in this area. When I was young, I don't know there r career opportunity in Tourism & Development or waste management. Only thing I saw is computers, electronics & MBA. After many years in America, I realize that my favorite tourism subject has lot potential.

Dear sir, I would like to ask your opinion abt the rumours of privatisation of IDBI BANK. pls clarify us what the govt. has planned for the bank?? and if disinvestment of stake is planned by the govt. then pls provide us the reasons and logics behind it. actually we had cleared the ibps po exam after which we had got this bank and joined it as a public sector bank and now we are feeling cheated after this move of govt. pls let us know if the privatisatn is decided then what vl b our fate

Many rural railway lines are lying idle for most of the times, with only one or two trains running in these lines.we can think of allowing private transpoters to use them for EMU services or goods movement with their own trains.Additional income generation for railways is possible with this.

Sir, Railways need a lot of investment in new track laying, renewal. Like NH, railways can also adopt PPP mode for at least upto 30%. Unions may agree to this. After all railways would employ more by adding more routes with new lines

(continuation) Sir, Now when I approach the Corporation they issue only a "Not Found" Certificate. I have to go to the Court for Directions to Corporation of Chennai to get the Certificate. My suggestion is that based on my Passport/Voter Identity/Aadhar card Corporation of Chennai should issue the Date of Birth Certificate as all the three cards are issued by the Government only. This will be a great boon to the Senior Citizens and will avoid going to Court etc at the advanced age.

Hon'ble Prime Minister I would like to bring the following to your kind notice: I am an Indian Citizen. My only daughter is settled in USA. Now she is likely to become Citizen in a year or two. Thereafter she will be applying Green Card for me and my wife. As per US laws while applying for Green Card we have to submit the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Corporation/Panchayat etc. In my case my date of Birth is 16 06 1949. At the time of my bierth there was no compulsory registration
