To keep control on growth of population , you can bring this ,those who will be having more than two childs(newly born from 2016 onwards) ,theirs familly member would not be able to apply for government jobs and all the extra child will have to serve on the border without any compensation or salary.

मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आपके द्वारा भारत को विकास की तरफ अग्रसर किये जाने के साथ-साथ भारत की सवा सौ करोड़ जनता और आगामी पीढ़ियों के लिए स्वच्छ वायु व सुरक्षित पर्यावरण के लिए भी पहल किया जाएगा। क्योंकि सिर्फ हरित कर बढ़ाते रह कर प्रदुषण को बढ़ते रहने नहीं दिया जा सकता।

जब कोई वस्तु सिर्फ वस्तु न रहकर एक अहसास-भावना में बदल जाती है तो उसके होने के मायने भी बदल जाया करते हैं। मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि कन्या विवाह में पौधरोपण करने की अपील लोगों को इस बात के लिए संवेदनशील बनाएंगे कि पौधे व पर्यावरण कोई वस्तु नहीं जिन्हें सरकार अपने खजाने से नागरिकों के खाते में डाल देगी। यह मनुष्य के अस्तित्व से जुड़ा एक मुख्य पहलु है। और इसे सहेजने की जिम्मेदारी न की सिर्फ सरकार की है बल्कि नागरिकों की भी है।

3: स्कूली बच्चों को अपने स्कूल के लिए पौध दान के लिए प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए साथ ही उन्हें श्रमदान के माध्यम से स्कूल कैंपस को साफ़-सुथरा व हरा-भरा बनाये रखने में मदद लेना चाहिए।

मैत्री आंदोलन की पुरे देश को जरूरत है। आपने 'बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ' एवं सेल्फ़ी विथ डॉटर जैसी अपील के माध्यम से पुरे देश में बेटियों के प्रति जनमानस में संवेदनशीलता को जागरूक किया है। एक बार फिर इस बात की आवश्यकता है कि आप लोगों को पर्यावरण हितैषी होने के लिए जागरूक करें। 1: मैत्री आन्दोलन के आधार पर ही यह अपील की जा सकती है कि बेटियों की शादी के मौके पर उनके द्वारा पौधरोपण कराया जाय। 2: शहरी क्षेत्रों में भूमि की उपलब्धता कम है अतः ऐसे क्षेत्रों में पौध दान को महत्व दिया जा सकता है।

महोदय, जैसा कि हम जानते हैं उत्तरांचल के एक गाँव में 'मैत्री आन्दोलन' के तहत कन्या विवाह के अवसर पर उनसे एक वृक्ष लगवाया जाता था, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप ही वहां के निर्वनीकृत पहाड़ अब हरे-भरे हो चुके हैं। चूँकि विकास का होना जरुरी है लेकिन यह पर्यावरण की कीमत पर नहीं होना चाहिए। विकास के क्रम में पेड़ों की कटाई जरुरी हो जाया करती है लेकिन नए पौधों को लगाना तो मना नहीं।

As the prime headache of the middle class at present is price rise I hope that the Prime Minister will speak on it this time . I would also like him to take a tough stand against the fringe.

1. Income of everyone will improve shortly by removing direct taxes as indirect taxes are covering everything. 2. All goods sold by everyone should be done with proper tax receipt for such purchases for better tax management. 3.
