One more thing Central Govt bring every information to people but state government not giving any information.Recently central govt issued funds for elections to state govt, but most of highly educated officers do not discuss/provide to all. So please keep proper information regarding funds and give advertisement in newspaper..

Sir I would like to draw your attention towards retirement age recommendations in 7th pay commission. Kindly reduce the retirement age to 60 / 62 to give opportunity to the younger generation. Some of the older generation are just passing time and don't let others to grow in their career. Though some of the senior most officers are experienced, all are not worth it.
