Railways need a lot of investment in new track laying, renewal. Like NH, railways can also adopt PPP mode for at least upto 30%. Unions may agree to this. After all railways would employ more by adding more routes with new lines

It would be great if children study the real history of India (not the Nehruvian history) from school level. It would make them really patriotic, proud about India and inspires them to serve our nation. It was during recent years I read about our real history and it made a tremendous positive change in me , made me really patriotic and proud.

Incidence of violence on road is increasing. People are ready to fight for any reason. Minor road accidents are very common and we see one every other day. What is also common is that each accident is followed by physical assault by people involved in such accidents. Hon'ble Sir, can we think of law which prohibits such assaults and take a step towards more civilized society.

I request you to appeal to the parents to refrain their children from bursting crackers as the only means of entertainment on Diwali. Instead they should help in lighting a lamp in homes of the poor in some way or other and motivate their children to do the same in their future.

I feel very disappointed when people consider it as a symbol of status to burst more and more crackers and use their private vehicles rather than using public transport. I request you to motivate people to use public transport more and more rather than using private vehicles. It will help in mitigating air pollution to a large extent.

Mr. PM Sir, I would like to suggest a solution to Collegium Vs NJAC imbroglio. First the judges collegium can make selection for each judge's position, but will make a panel of three for it. Then NJAC in its meeting will select one out the three names given by collegium. This method would satisfy both collegium and NJAC views. Dr Chandra Gupt
