For publc transport we have to improve the Buses, Autos local transport viechle.
Before issuing Driving License a necessary rule booklate and a movie which shows the Unsafety due to Helmat and accident due to speed and all other necessary messages.
Driving over 40 km/h in the city and 60km/h on the highway is prohabbited(banned).
Moral education on road traffic should be included in school syllabus and on each sunday a visit to govt deparments confirmed by principal.

Dear Sir, If seating capacity of a vehicle is 7 which is either commercial or personal, at office hours all seats should be filled by commuters. Most of the practice is if in a house there is 4 member they are using 4 vehicles and they consuming space of 4 vehicles on road, instead of this all 4 can travel in a single vehicle/transportation available by government. As per above if 4 vehicle having seating capacity is 7 then 28 commuters must travel in the same period of time(office hours).

proper supervision of road conditions
Like:
1) Due to Rain road damage to large extant and its reconstruction should be on fast track.
2) Crowded areas like market: More focus should be given to pad strains and flyovers (width of flyover key point of concern).
3) Proper Auto rickshaw stands are needed to develop across the roads.

If any one wants to control the traffic jam problem then the trucks and tempos should be banned in day time. These vehicles should be run or use only at night between 11pm to 7am and not after that.
