Clear, strict and crisp rules without any discretion are necessary. Single but transparent national sport policy will help the players. Complains should be handled and solved promptly

Govt must give tax concessions for sports donations and infrastructure help in on cricket sports. It must think of adding it to the CSR of the companies. It should focus on developing school system and include sports as electives in schools. It should build more schools better facilities in the needy areas with accountable education rather than wasting money on maintaining schools with meagre

#IOA : Define the broad objectives of IOA & NIF- Promotion of sports, spotting the talent, training, selection, appointment of coaches, anti-doping measure & how to deal with sexual harassment of women athletes. Transparency should be hallmark of administration. Every year there should be a "Sports Audit" by experts in term of money spent & the result in int'l events. Just ONE individual gold medal in Olympics since 1896 is not acceptable to us. India certainly deserves more.

#IOA : On principle Autonomy is good. But it is like a double-edged sword. An honest & competent person with autonomy can take an institution to new height. A corrupt & incompetent person can destroy it beyond repair. Delhi commonwealth game is still fresh in our mind. With the amount of money spent there, we could have conducted an Olympic Game in a grand manner bringing glory to the nation. Autonomy within a broad guidelines will be good. Gov. should intervene if they transgress the boundary.

Adopt a strict perform or perish culture (like BCCI) in all sports organizations. If players or coaches do not deliver, then there should be someone else who can represent the country better. Hire foreign coaches and invest in sports facilities. Make other sports more lucrative (like cricket) through better publicity or TV coverage which will attract more advertising revenue. Financially reward those who make the country proud.

Is it possible to upload or present links of youtube like Videos here explaining the current processes so people have more information to comment on? For literates, even documents may be uploaded so they distribute in their schools, universities, villages, towns etc.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

1) Bringing all sports organisations under RTI purview
2) Decision making body of all sports organisations comprise atleast 50% of those who related to the particular sports
3) SAI should be strengthened and hear any complaints from sports persons or others related to the functioning of these association and sports federations.
