Make it paperless.Provide free wifi at all stations & trains.Railway line in each district.Dense railways in all states like U.P. Bihar.

Go multi lingual to reach all.India's 2001 census gives following figures on who many % people know which language.English 6%, Hindi 45%, Urdu, Bangla,Telugu,Marathi all about 9 %,Other languages,little less.By writing in English and Hindi we fail to reach half the people..Use Unicode in computers, & We all can type in 15 languages on any computer. Get Modi's all speeches translated in 15 languaes and reach all. Empower all with right information.Write every thing in 15 Indian languages.

Sports stadiums are made for playing. Throw open all stadiums in country to people, 365 days a year. especially students and children.Even if they are owned by any one like Cricket control board. Our children are weak as there are not enough stadiums to play daily. That is our national illness that make nation weak.That is national poverty . Make nation rich. Build nation first.

Park text book of preventive social medicines says that right temperature for human body is about 26 degrees. Rail coaches are set on anything from say 16. Set them at 26. National and International events should be organised in these stadiums.Coaching camps should be organised and fees should be taken by players.

SAI could be added in Govt. PPP(Public Private Partnership) Model, in in which big business houses/companies like Reliance/Tata etc could be resource of funding..(2 per cent of annual profit)

To generate revenue for SAI stadia in Delhi firstly give priority to all local, state level, national level sports authorities and players , to encouraging them and providing all facilities with coaches , by introducing new games which are not taken participation in Olympic games and also introducing new bill for sports and their protection in India

It has to be funded from the government treasury. Sports is a pride of nation and we cannot beg from private institution to sponsor. At the best SAI can generate fund by thru advertisements by conducting several sports event locally or nationally. They should start hiring for sports even by private organisations / corporates without compromising on national interest.

Please downsize the role of cricket and let our youth play sports as fotboll, swimming, badminton etc. so they can get physical training instead of standing in the sun and getting burned.

Use the roof tops for generation of electricity through solar panel, which can be sold to municipal corporation. Make effective use of score board, dressing rooms, sitting podium for advertisement. Make SAI more accountable and take out all politicians from this. Offer them for interschool competitions. Add training centers and trainers for different games, and use existing facilities for talent search at the same time create employment.
