Dear Sir
In this today's world why there is an act called 'Harizan Act'.A person can be arrested just because he is complained against by a Harizan and not by being really guilty. No body in our country has to be looked down upon but there should be a proper way to protect their rights.

1. Faster commute and transportation - Farmer-friendly (Farmer only) trains/buses etc.
2. Better and efficient cold storage (subsidised electricity to cold storage owners who have efficient cold storages in good condition).
3. Awareness and education for Farmers/growers.
4. Growers-Consumers direct linkage (official/legal weekly or monthly markets).
5. Pricing regulation (so that unnecessary price hike doesn't prevent customers from buying products).

The situation in Madipur poses problem and opportunity. The area boasts of a famous Shiv Mandir with great tourist potential. The cows should be removed from the roads and vehicles shouldnot be allowed to be parked all along the divider

Sir, Madipur in West Delhi boasts of a famous Shiv Mandir which is said to have been built by Pandavas. The area derives its name from King Pandu's wife Madri (mother of Nakul and Sahadev) who is said to have lived there. On Madipur Shiv Mandir Road, near the Shiv Mandir, cows all over the place. People feed them there. Cow dung and urine make the roads slippery causing pedestrians to slip and vehicles to skid. Cars parked in along the divider. MCD unresponsive to our problems

1. Ask Agr. Dept. to produce a report on nation wide demand & production.
2. Diversify production on basis of climate to reduce excess production against demand.
3. Issue bond like Kishan Bikash to make eco-friendly storage at each Gram Panchayat. People will definitely invest.
4. Producers of same region to be encouraged for separate crops rather same crops to reduce excess production of specific crops.
5. Preservation to be promoted.
6. Practice "No Deficit & Excess - Export"
