where there is no water problem, employ flushing mechanism that is for tough duty which doesnot break or disjoint easily despite of rough handling in public places. The normal flushes used in houses are delicate and easily damageable. So employ flushing system like the one used in railway coaches.

Instead of taking care of minimum basic needs of citizens, inviting all that is foreign appears to be very poor mindset of our rulers. Do our rulers think that all overseas countries are looking towards India to help it make a world class country as the 1.3 billion citizens are useless. myGOV appears to be a Bill Jod Party - till that time we cannot do anything. When I was a child, our native place was blessed with a world bank aided project (Kallada Irrigation in Kerala). We had less than an acre of land which was taken by Govt leaving two small triangular pieces of land on both sides of the canal. We thought once canal is ready, whatever land is left will get water. Now what we have is a canal without any trace of water. It has become a death trap for many as Govt has nothing do with the project. A Project of total disaster.

Contd from prev post. Why we need a Govt that asks (on media spending hard earned money of people) the citizen to keep India clean while Govt Departments are instrumental in making the nation dirty. A Govt that waits for disasters to happen and kill the citizens. Grab the land of poor farmers (why not rehabilitate them to 100 + smart cities before taking away their livelihood). myGOV is busy with (i) Swacch Bharat (Nothing visible in Delhi; hear a lot about Toilets constrn.(ii) Shopping for FDI - boasting of "Make in India" but bringing everything from abroad like fruits, lightings, safety pins, all eatables. Every day newspapers report that all buildings under MCD/DDA control are unsafe in case of earthquake. I made written complaints to Police, MCD, DC's and even the CM when Flat below my flat was modified making my life miserable but myGOV has not listened.

Very Good suggestions But this Practice is very difficult.

The government need to Grant some research on finding a new technology, based on "machines to clean the toilet" with less work stress on manual labourers. Cleaning a toilet takes more time for any individual and it is more stressful to work in that platform ( cannot get 100% output, even though government can pay for it). I think a technology intervention would be more viable to tackle this issue, by reducing the work stress of janitors.

सर मेरे ख्याल से latrines को मनरेगा स्कीम के तहत बनवाया जाये सर इससे ब्होत बढिए latrines बन सकती है जो पहले की latrines सरकार बनती है 90% लोग उसे बरतते ही नही है सर मेरा तो यही शूजॉब है के सर अगर मनरेगा में latrines बनती है तो बढिए होगा सर थैंक यू सर
