Roof top solar farming: citizens interested in taking up have to approach various authorities to obtain permissions and invest amount first, later they receive subsidy on investment made. The usual delays kills one’s interest and the amount required to be invested by the persons is also beyond their capability in most cases. I suggest Govt may establish a corporation and take roof top space on lease from owners and can use it for solar farming, which is beneficial to all.

Hon'ble Sir,
3years back I had requested you to work on the use of solar power and digital transactions. You have done justice to both. I salute you for the bold steps taken by you in this directions. As part of my contribution to digital India mission, I do a lot of digital transactions myself and also teach people around me to do digital transactions. Driving License should be state independent, a central portal to request/renew DL & based on location allocate RTO. A cebtralicsed licensing number & approval system (sarthi should be enable with more request & feature, at the moment it's dead site).

Apply rules strictly in every sector for CM ( common man ) to PM ( Prime minister), if anyone break the rules punish strictly with fines like US and UK , then our India will going to develop, these fines should be in increased manner, put one government A/c for these fines in every state.
