One of the important endeavors of the present government has been to improve the 'Ease of Living'. In simple words, this means that the citizen-government interface, in matters of daily routine, must be made as seamless as possible and as citizen friendly as possible. Among other things, this has translated into reforming many rules and regulations and in an overwhelming number of cases completely doing away with such antediluvian rules which had not only outlived their utility, but in many cases were frankly anti-people. The mandate has been clear - between the citizens and the governments, the rules and processes must defer to ensuring the ease of living of citizens.

Consider for example the earlier rule of seeking gazetted officers attestation to validate one's documents before appearing in exams. That rule is now history. Trusting the citizens was the mandate and self-attestation is now the new rule. Or consider the move to scrap interviews for non-gazetted Group D, C and B government jobs. In one stroke the entire industry of 'recommendations' has been shut down and pure merit has become the norm.

What are other such outdated and ill-conceived rules, regulations or practices that hinder the normal day to day lived experience of the people? In day-to-day governance issues what are the processes or system that can be simplified or simply done away with? Which are processes that serve the exact opposite purpose they are intended to serve? Rules, regulations and laws that serve no useful social purpose but merely create unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy and therefore need to go?

MyGov invites citizens, members of civil society, journalists, students, teachers, police officers, government employees, Parliamentarians, academics experts, bureaucrats, social media influencers, Think Tanks and all other interested people to give their considered view on the subject.

Make children below 10 years as national assets even the baby inside the womb of a woman and direct all DC's and DM's to look after the national assets so that no child is seen on the streets. I have never seen a single so called intellectuals to say anything on this issue. I am amazed to see that nobody wants to know from where those street children comes from. I think those are non voters thats why no one is interested.

6. Birth Certificate should not have father's name, only Mother's name be mentioned. 7. All subsidies, public distribution on subsidized rates be stopped. Instead, cash transfer directly to the beneficiary's account be done. 8. Government should do all businesses including retail for automatic regulation of price of commodities. The profit from businesses is used to fund social security measures. 9. Government should provide livelihood and shelter to all underprivileged.

1. Reduce population to 50 Crore level. 2. Ban sale of land between individuals; land should be sold only to the Government, this will lead to gradual acquisition of all land under the govt. 3. Govt. land should be given to individuals only on LEASE, not on ownership. 4. Rent of accommodation should be equal to 10% of cost of food for a month. 5. Accommodation for MSMEs/shops be given by the govt. on fair rent.

I understand Your decision towards bank NPA with Industry is making difficult life for employees working with NPA units / Supplier who had supplied material to industry. Bank will get 40 - 50 % by converting same loan in other name and Nothing will happen to NPA industry owner. Why not You Waived off Interest on LOAN amount for three to four years with chance to propmote industry which become NPA. it will reduce loss of banks and ensure eazing life for all vendors and employees.

I think government should have more focus on environment and specially on small towns which is to be selected for amrit city and which is more affected by urbanization... Under the severe law of govt. Trees should be planted in both side of road ...small towns is primary responsible for development of country and traffic system must be improved so that we can reduce pollution by making rules
