Govt advertise a lot about submission of income tax return before 31 July, but in many cases the banks delay the issue of necessary certificates in relation to pension /salary o r fixed deposits. Why can’t the Govt fix deadlines to the banks for the issue of these certificates, failing which the banks should pay the penalty levied by the tax authorities.

All Govt web sites should have the following data to help the common man communicate effectively.
1. Organisations name
2. Person's name who is responsible for the organisation
3. His tel No
4. His email id
Similarly for all departments within the organisation also please publish in website:
a. Person's name who is responsible for the department
b. His tel No
c. His email id
I find that in most cases the email id is left out & telephone remain unanswered.
Kindly update

We need to simplify the procedure for pensioners. They are being asked to present themselves in person at pension offices or banks to prove that they are living. This is not only insulting the elders but also putting them to great risk. My father is 90 and cant walk more than ten steps with his stroller. How can he present himself? Kindly do something about this. Also they should be given personal banking services like privileged customers get.all State banks should provide this service.

Setting up a new corporation for providing ATM facility
For every country banking sector plays a major role for strong economic development,
Indian banking sector is facing a lot of problems due to NPA’s ( Non Performing Assets). The banks are maintaining their individual ATM centre’s which are high expenditure for them.
If a separate ATM corporation was set up and run individually, this will be cost effective to the banks and can also provide quality services to the customers
