remove personal taxation system. Tax anything you deemed fit for getting revenue at a single go. Legalize betting and lottery schemes. For public grievances open more avenues with powers to decide them. Reduce government litigation at least on the public servants on salaries and perks. Realize judiciary from government shackles.

At the ground level people don't know about Jan dhan or bimna yojna scheme. Some people have taken loan but they don't know that loan is under govt scheme. Private companies are advancing loan so nobody knows that loan is under government scheme.

Sir, the rainy season is here. We are facing the usual traffic problems due to rain and other issues. In addition to these woes, we have the sanitary work and road repair. There is total lack of communication ordination and a weird laid back attitude between the various agencies , resulting in a total chaos in front of our house since almost a year. My humble submission is that there must be a mechanism which will cover ordinate and finish work with in a reasonable time period.

There should be web-enabled, single point service delivery window with clear SLA (Service Level Agreements) in all public offices. The services should be delivered to public in a time bound, hassle free manner. A detailed scope for improvements with 5 points attached for consideration.
