Respected Sir,
This is a well known fact that Education and Agriculture are two fields that can change the future of a nation. Though there are policies and schemes running on papers in the two areas, hardly any effective work is happening on real front. Can the govt. not plan and start the Indian Education services on the lines of IAS? Doing this not only we will have experts in the field looking after the needs and the requirement of the masses but implementations can also be done.

Dear Ministers,
Foremost of all the things, a great salute for your initiation to make a better nation through the future pillars of our nation through Hackathons, and various events to bridge the gap between the rulers and the future rulers of India.
The government has to look and open many feasible ways to make smart nation through the skilled people. To make skilled people the teaching, learning concept has to be reframed. Agriculture has to be concentrated at the level of school students.

A hearty approach towards the government officials to allow the common citizens to share their problems.Government officials at district level, state level and national level should have a public -officer discussion session where common people can share their problems freely without any hesitation or fear. They can exercise fundamental right to speak with freedom. This meetings should be held twice or thrice in a year.
Waiting for a positive response ✌

I think Modi Govt has done some splendid jobs in cutting down Red Tapism..I propose 1.Education Reforms at the earliest,by teaching Skills n not just bookish irrelevant knowledge. 2.To Expedite on Policies,Introduce GOVT APPS to Resolve day to day Govt related issues.3.Link Inter State Dams ASAP,to avoid Floods n Draughts. 4.Playgrounds for kids..Even Community centres n open spaces in Govt buildings shud b made available for kids.5.Subsidised Self grow kits for city homes,to promote Gardening

since 1947 we are following same type of Bureaucracy .India has central bureaucracy as well as state beaurucracy .Central Bureaucracy selected through UPSC and state bureaucracy selected through selected through State public service commission . It is suggested that state bureaucracy may also be selected through examination conducted by UPSC only .This will enhance work efficiency, administrative skills and eliminate corruption ....

Secondly, 50% seats at PG level to be reserved for doctors in Govt.Jobs.This would encourage doctors to take up Govt. jobs soon after MBBS.
