In this way the doctor to patient ratio would improve.ayurvedic and homeopathic courses can be made in to speciality courses of 3/5 yr duration, so like MD (Paediatrics), we would have doctors doing MD-Ayurveda after MBBS.

This is regarding shortage of qualified doctors in India.I would like to recommend two policies:
convert all BAMS and BHMS colleges in India in to MBBS colleges. The infrastructure is already there.there is an overlap of syllabus between the courses.Teaching hospitals are already attached to these colleges.90% of times the BAMS and BHMS doctors practice modern medicine but with half baked knowledge.here we will have well qualified doctors practicing modern medicine.

When there is no co-operation from Govt servants a govt cannot succeed on its rules and regulations. Bribe getting govt servants enjoy whenever a rigid rule comes from the govt.
If some hard measures are not framed out for these HIDDEN CULPRITS then even GOD cannot save this country. These govt servants move files to take increments and pensions from the exchequer at their own will and wish. This money is tax payers money. Govt servants spoil the name of political parties and politicians.

Respected Ministers and decision makers of India,
The present form of interaction with the government is hopelessly inadequate.
To make India a great republic, we need a separate Ministry / machinery which receives a million suggestions/grievances and forward it to the respective government departments /ministers and pursue it vigorously
Kindly create a (Ministry of CITIZEN)in the central government. it shall be a nodal agency to receive any type of complaints, suggestions for implement
