I think what I'm about to suggest is relevant to the topic but loosely. I think, India needs to transition towards Presidential democracy from our current Parliamentary form. Its time to initiate the public discourse so that by the time Modi ji's second term begins or nears the end we can actually amend the constitution. I don't feel the need to list the merits of Presidential form here in comments as we have some brilliant minds in NITI Aayog to do it.

Instead of changing government rules and regulations, you should work on bringing more transparency in rules and regulations. It will help the citizens to understand their responsiblity and rights.

For better traffic management- 1)design traffic sense awareness workshops explaining-a) Rules and Regulations b) various does and don't e.g most cities face traffic problems because people dont follow proper lanes. 2) make attendence to this workshop as precondition for getting driving licences.3)This will help in reducing traffic problems, accidents and ultimately sound and air pollution. Smart cities need Smart traffic through behavioural change.

Most respected our pm... in our country there ara a lot of problems in marketing and sales things between farmers and middle class people.farmers do not get those real price .and middle class people spend his more money.so marketing is an issue in our country so there should be a seastem who control market...or there should be governmental mandi where daily price should be retailed.where farmers can sell and people can buy on good price... thank you..
