Retired 3rd party technical inspectors can be used for
* huge data collection thro front end development for mission requirements & considerations.
* ensure energy quality & quantity distributed thro' wireless or SCADA technology.
* energy audit should be mandatory for all energy users to reduce loss of energy.

The long term solution to this problem is to switch over the domestic fuel from LPG to CNG. The consumers pay market price for CNG. There has to be a target of at least 1 lakh CNG connections in a year in the towns and cities so that 1 lakh LPG cylinder consumption reduces yearly and in 5-10 years the expenses on subsidy would diminsh as production of LPG would be reduced. This would eradicate accidents also as CNG is a safe fuel. The diversion of domestic LPG to commercial use be enforced too.

Please do not copy of previous government as the most reason of denying previous Gov is the Gas cylendars limitations which is troublsomes. please fix the price more to reduce the subsidy cost and not to think to abolish the subsidy at present i.e in this five years.

There are kits available in the market which are fitted to the cars and subsidised cooking gas is used for driving the cars. This must be stopped immediately.Ban all such kits in the country. Also seize the vehicles fitted with such kits and where subsidised cooking gas is used for driving the car.

All class 1 officers,MPs,MLAs,Ministers,Car owners,Gazetted officers should be provided with commercial gas at market rates. All hotels/commercial establishments/hostels etc must get only commercial gas connection at market rates.License to business should be given only after commercial connection is obtained. If domestic gas is illegally used, the business license should be cancelled and the person should be black listed for any future gas connection.

0.5 Kg of small wood shavings are sufficient to prepare 2 lunch, nashta for 4 persons in one day using biomass stoves. A stove costs avg Rs 1000 if purchased in bulk. This stove is given free to every family. Wood shavings cost Rs 4/Kg in city and per day cost is Rs 2/family as against Rs 10 in case of LPG (assuming 1 cylender/month). This is also applicable to biogas. Remove the subsidy and let people choose what to use.

(1) Lets calculate per person subsidy value for example one cylinder lost in 30 days in a family of 4 and if subsidy per cylinder is Rs 600 than it comes to Rs 150/- per person than the Govt can charge for cylinder at commercial rates and the subsidy amt of Rs 1800/- can be paid to there account directly on yearly basis.
(2) Kerosene is being used by the poorest family and if Gov can provide LPG to them than kerosene demand will reduce drastically
