A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. ...

A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country. As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

lpg सब्सिडी का फायदा गरीबो और निम्न मध्धयम वर्गीय को मिलना चाहिए।dual प्राइस इसका हल नहीं ,क्योंकि dual प्राइस में कालाबाजारी होती ही है ।मेरा एक सुझाव है सबको सब्सिडी युक्त lpg दी जाये ,मगर अमीरों से साल के अंत में एक मुश्त सब्सिडी का पैसा वसूल कर लिया जाये। अमीरी नापने आधार यह हो जिसके भी पास नयी गाड़ी हो या सेकंड हैण्ड लक्ज़री गाड़ी हो ,जो rto द्वारा आसानी से पता चल सकता है,उन से सब्सिडी वसूल ली जाये ।कोई हेर फेर न कर सके इसके लिए lpg कनेक्शन में राशन कार्ड की तरह सभी सदस्यों का नाम अंकित हो ।

What I think best solution for these problems is to prepare a plan for subsidies. And each and every govt facility must be paid through smart card system with biometric password. Only this can work effectively.

LPG cylinder is most essential part our kitchen and directly link with our home budget.So if we purchase cylinder in market rate the budget of middel class and poor will disturb so I have one Idea to reduce gov expenses all LPG company should provide a smart card link with Addhar and PAN the people how pay annual tax more than Five lakh or above will not get any subsidy who pay tax from 0-2 lake will get 12Cylinder and 2-5 lakh will get 6cylinders gov should not put any moneyinbank usesmartcard

एलपीजी-साल में अधिकतम 12 cylender लेने का नियम है ।मगर किसी परिवार में 3 ही सदस्य हो तो उस conection पर कम संख्या होनि चाहिए ।इसका एक फार्मूला यह हो सकता है 2 cylender प्रति व्यक्ति प्रति साल ।यह नियम काफी व्यावहारिक है जो मैने खुद अपने घर के आधार पर बनाया है ।और राशन कार्ड की तरह इसमें परिवार के मुखिया ले अलावा

First the Reduce the subsidy for both subsidized and non subsidised because who is the rich is the big problem even the landlord person have a BPL Card so first remove this system and do the new serve and draw new conditions for the BPL and Over BPL and compulsion for every person for every transaction can done only by cheques.So,Subsidy can be given only to the right person and we can avoid the Coruption and so on problems..................

good newsis no subsidised gas for rich.who is rich is the question. your answer should acceptable.before that give time for people for voluntarily give up and show the support. so go public make announcement of intension,let at least some take the credit of voluntarily giving up.

The dual pricing scheme (subsidized and non-subsidized) for LPG and Kerosene leads to diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. solution is remove dual pricing.for both. let subsidy be deposited in bank account.link adhar, mobile,bank account.and one more no.either voter id/pan/ration card which ever possible.even ask for debit card of jan dhan account not having abank account should not be excuse.what ever the basis of claiming subsidised gas/ kerosine be the basis for op.

To stop the misuse of subsidized Kerosene & LPG let there be no subsidized items available in the market including the Kerosene & LPG. The entitled/ eligible person be get the difference subsidized amount in to the pass book. All the entitled persons should open pass book so as to get the benefit. This will control misuse of subsidized items & the beneficiary will get the benefit directly through ECS payment.

Government should do away with subsidized LPG all except BPL families . In place of this , one time capital subsidy for Bio Gas Digester (of approx Rs 7000/- ) be given against yearly subsidy of cylinder of Rs 5400/-being given at present . So with this solution people will continue to get cooking fuel at less cost and the fossil fuel will be substituted by renewable energy . At present , cost of family digester is in the range of Rs 12000/- to 16000/- . Bio Gas digester attract subsidy

1. Reduce the dependency on US $ . 2. Bio-Gas plants . at villages , town and city levels 3 Solar street and road lights , billboard lights .and where ever possible .
