A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

To reduce diversion & the subsidy burden, dual pricing system must be abolished & subsidy can be transferred to real persons bank A/c linked with Adhar. It certainly hit the black marketting & misuse of petroleum products.

I have 2nd suggestion that I have seen the non pilferage of the electricity in Rwanda. Though this country have less population, if we introduce complete cable system and through internet we will be able to same the revenue and the pilferage of the line loss. We must introduce such system. Some places such system have been introduced which is giving good result on revenue collection. One time cost can be easliy recovered in next 5 to six years will not be a big investment.

I am sure Government is working in this sector but it should be impliment at the earelist to have remarkable changes amount the mind set of the people on the progress card. We all know that It will take some time to go ground reality of the progress of the India but It is huge pressure on Govt to show the progress at the earliest.

I have a small suggestion on account of unregulated business transaction by the small and all shops. I have been to Rwanda an African country where the revenue department has issued instruction all small and big shop through out their country for having that machine. They have to do all billing and enter the bill nos in the Machine where the machine is connected to the Revenue department through internet. That gives details of quaterly revenue they likely to get from each shop.

We can not catch a fish if it drinks water, in the same way where money is there corruption exists. Proper accounting and cancellation of dealer ship for kerosine PD system should be considered. Encourage solar and LPG sources for cooking by giving 100 % subsidy to the poor family who are getting subsidized kerosine. Frequent raids by CBI or police shall surely control the scam.

the best thing is we can use postal based banks idea so that both the post offices and money delivering problem can be solved very easily.kerosene is being given to states for delivering purpose here the local dealers they sell to higher rates to others saying that kerosene has not delivered this month by government itself, mainly bringing awareness is main important thing in rural areas.implement biometric systems in villages while delivering these ration.

i think government should start public distribution company along with public provisions department .here the distributors and dealers are the real culprits ,the adhaar has poved difficult because the banks are not acting in a fast manner in delivering the amount back, this is a only disadvantage of this.one thing is we can make use of post offices to deliver this amount directly by showing the bill to the post office, this can help the people in villages to collect money as soon as possible.
