A huge amount of Govt. money is spent on subsidy of petroleum products. The Govt. had to spend Rs. 1,39,869 crore on account of subsidy on petroleum products in the year 2013-14. As, the indigenous availability of crude Oil and LPG is limited, these are imported in huge quantities to fulfill the demand of the country.  As Govt. provides domestic LPG and PDS Kerosene on subsidised price, this results in huge subsidy burden on Govt. Due to presence of dual pricing(subsidized and non-subsidized) in LPG and SKO, there is a diversion of subsidized LPG and Kerosene into commercial usage. Although Govt. has taken several initiatives to reduce this diversion of subsidized LPG and PDS Kerosene, public participation is solicited to suggest ways for reducing diversion in LPG and PDS Kerosene.

You are invited to suggest ideas to reduce diversion and the subsidy burden on account of LPG and Kerosene.

There is NO way present system can stop diversion of LPG CYCLINDERS We have to try system based on following steps. 1) There should be only one distributor for commercial LPG CYLINDER SALES 2) This distributor should combine for all three oil companies. 3) This will help to share and check sale data with market. 4) No any other distibutor should be allowed to sell commerical gas 5) All commerical user should be registered with distributor with monthly target. 6) This will help in cross

The liking of subsidy with Kanya Bhrun Hatya, population control or others is not a solution.For the time being the rates of LPG & Kerosene may be fixed affordable to all and the amount of subsidy may be kept as reserve to meet the difference. The subsidy should not be paid in cash which is affecting the thinking of people make habitual of such offer. The Govt. must take hard decision nothing should be paid in the name of subsidy. Price must be affordable. Subsidy boost the black marketing.

Agency pe challan hona chahia wo hotels aur other commercials ko domestic cylendar provide karati hai, inki wajah se domestic user ko problem hoti hai, ek govt. ki committee honi chahia jo visit kare aur report ministry ko submit kare phir challan ho agency pe aur action b tab jake ye corruption khatm hoga aur compliance na hone pe license cancell kardena chahia. same for kerosene.

Suplly only fixed no of cylinders to domestic gas agencies as per the rate i.e.12 per live connection.By introducing commercail agencies it will create at least 5 lac new jobs and thousands of new business families.

please make sure to attach the commercial license holder name and number into gas booking and make sure that business license should be issued to one who has the gas connection in his/her name. So when booking gas there is a limitation of cylinders for domestic and commercial purposes which can be tracked. Also, please attach the delivery receipt to the address where exactly cylinders are delivered and periodic inspection is necessary. Also,attach the reference number on every cylinder to track.

As told earlier distribution of commercial and domestic gas should be from separate agencies and colour of commerial cylinder be Blue of 19 Kg.Detailed blue print i can provide &,poor people will not be harassed by DBTL scheme which was a most hated one in UPA rule.Kerosene be decontrolled it is available only in black for 30 per Lt

People should use pressure cooker to cook food.all family members should have atleast dinner at same time so that heating of cooked food can be avoided and using solar stoves can cut up to large extent provided the solar stoves should be cheap and portable.
